Posted by admin under: Main Feb 14

There are only so many peoplke out there looking to buy a new home and a huge number of real estate agents trying to get their business. Finding ways you can get a leg up on the competition will help you make more sales.

You probably also want to provide a valuable service to your community. We all want to contribute to the place where we do business in some way.

Have you put a lot of thought into people whose first language is not english? There are a lot of homebuyers who speak other languages and this market can be lucrative to real estate agents who cater to them.

You may not speak a lot of languages yourself, but you could have your real estate website translated into other languages and attract these homebuyers to your website. Like to attract an extra sale or two per year or even more?

Real Estate Websites: Should You Offer Translations?

When you set out to create a real estate website, you just might find that there’s another really good reason to know your market well: if a number of members in your community are bilingual you may want to look into translating your sites into an additional language.

For example, those who live in communities where Spanish, Korean, French or another language is spoken as much as (or nearly as much as) English may find that if they do not translate their websites into the additional language they will alienate a large prospective client base.
