Want to learn how to juggle (the noble art of jesters and fools) or negotiate an apartment lease (the ignoble art of fools), then check out Howcast, a new website which offers how-to and instructional videos on just about anything. It joins the group of growing how to video sites such as Wonderhowto.com and 5min.
You can also create and share your own how-to videos on the site. There were a handful of real estate videos including How to Find an Apartment.
If you are in any business which has a how-to or instructional component, put your video on these specialized video sites. These specialized video websites give you another marketing outlet besides YouTube.
