They had actually learned about the importance of energy efficiency by looking at Haven Properties’ homes. Haven’s high performance homes are not only energy efficient, but they are also healthier, using the best air filter on the market. Tributary is doing its part for the environment and homeowners, too. The community has lots of natural areas within and adjacent. All homes are EarthCraft certified, which is good for this particular community and also introduced additional builders to the concept. All of this comes with homestyles and designs that can’t be beat, especially when they’re built by Haven.
