The 2008 Parade of Homes is the perfect opportunity to compare builders, styles, locations and prices on new homes. Save the date for the weekends of April 19 & 20 and 26 & 27 because the 2008 Parade of Homes is going to be the biggest one to date. It is free and open to the public. Four local Home Builders Associations have joined forces to present hundreds of new homes across 20 metro-Atlanta counties. This event comes at a perfect time because today’s real estate market is truly a buyers’ market with great values and low interest rates. The 2008 Parade of Homes will have such a wide variety of homes in different styles, sizes, price ranges, locations and builders that everyone is bound to find their dream home during one of these two weekends.
