Many people say you resemble your pet. I would hate to see the owner of this dog.

Joe Lamb Jr. posted guidelines for dogs on the beach in each town on the Outer Banks.

-DOGS ARE ALLOWED ON BEACH MEMORIAL DAY TO LABOR DAY, 10AM TO 6PM, AS LONG AS THEY ARE ON A 6 FT LEASH. ANY OTHER TIME OF YEAR DOGS MUST BE RESTRAINED ON A 12 FT RETRACTABLE LEASH AND CAN BE LET OFF THE LEASH AS LONG AS THEY DO NOT DISTURB OTHERS AND ARE WITHIN 30 FEET OF THEIR OWNER.
