Slideshare aspires to be a YouTube for slideshows (called slidecasts).
- The site is free to use
- Upload your photos and add a soundtrack to create your slidecast
- There is a bulk upload capability
- Tag your slides and set up a community to attract similar minded folks
- Share your slideshows
- Compile your shows and others on your slidespace. (Sample slidespace here)
Real estate professionals may find a marketing use for the site. A real estate search on the website showed slideshows on local market activity. Slideshare might also be useful if you have instructional slides or how- tos to share. It might also be a good place to save your Power Point presentations and PDFs.
