Janis Kirtz Appointed Member of the Multifamily Council of the Urban Land Institute
Posted by admin under: Main Nov 09President and Principal of Morris & Raper Realtors, Janis Kirtz, was recently appointed Member of the Multifamily Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), a nonprofit research and education organization which is supported by its members. In her new position with ULI, Kirtz will attend and participate in various Council Meetings and Forums, as well as a variety of other committees and programs through ULI. Kirtz joined the group eight years ago at the suggestion of several of Morris & Raper’s developer clients who felt she could learn a great deal from the organization, as well as contribute the specialized information and experience she has to ULI. Kirtz will hold the position for five years. Kirtz has been with Morris & Raper for 25 years, and in addition to her new position with ULI, she has received her MIRM designation (Member, Institute Residential Marketing), is a Trustee of the Builder Marketing Society and is a member of the Sales and Marketing Council of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. She received a B.S. from the University of South Carolina and a J.D. from Catholic University Columbus School of Law.
