Mission Hill and Allston Rentals – Time for Price Reductions

Sorry to say this but if you have apartments for rent in these areas it’s time to roll out a price reduction. Landlords, you basically have 3 weeks to find tenants for your September 1st rentals.

I was looking through our database today, which is a great indicator, because my company has New England’s largest database of rentals and found that an awful lot of big bed apartments are still for rent.

If you reduce your price now you’ll still be in the zone for market rate rents. If you wait and are still hoping in May and June for tenants, you’ll be at a distinct disadvantage.

Take action and get these units rented. Reduce your price by a $100.00 a bedroom and you’ll have multiple offers with your phone ringing off the hook. Do nothing and watch your rent rolls go down drastically.

There are two types of realtors – those who tell you what you want to hear and those who tell you the truth.

I prefer the truth.

Reduce your rates and let’s get these units rented.
