Moderate quake hits the South Bay

It’s been awhile since we were hit with an earthquake above 4.0. According to the USGS, last night’s earthquake was a 5.6. The epicenter was Alum Rock, where my clients (from North Carolina) just bought a home last month! Welcome to California!
